  • Protection
    • Our network is safeguarded through the use of key Microsoft Azure security services, integration with Cloudflare’s global protection network, regular security audits, and advanced network intelligence technologies that monitor and mitigate known malicious traffic and network-based threats.

  • Encryption In Transit

    • All communications with REoptimizer® UI and APIs are encrypted via industry standard HTTPS/TLS (TLS 1.2 or higher) over public networks. This ensures that all traffic between you and REoptimizer® is secure during transit. Additionally for email, our product leverages opportunistic TLS by default. Transport Layer Security (TLS) encrypts and delivers email securely, mitigating eavesdropping between mail servers where peer services support this protocol. Exceptions for encryption may include any use of in-product SMS functionality, any other third-party app, integration, or service subscribers may choose to leverage at their own discretion.

  • Encryption at Rest

    • Service Data is encrypted at rest in Azure using AES-256 key encryption.

  • Redundancy
    • REoptimizer® leverages service clustering and network redundancy to eliminate single points of failure. Our robust backup protocols, along with the optional Enhanced Disaster Recovery service, ensure high service availability by replicating Service Data across multiple availability zones.
