REoptimizer® wasn’t built by software engineers who stumbled into commercial real estate. It was built by CRE veterans with nearly four decades of hands-on experience as tenant rep brokers — negotiating leases, managing portfolios, and fighting for every dollar on behalf of corporate clients.
Our Story
REoptimizer® was born out of 35+ years of tenant representation, working exclusively on behalf of Fortune 500 companies navigating complex commercial real estate decisions. Over those decades, we became recognized subject matter experts in CRE — writing books, speaking publicly, and producing content to help corporate clients cut costs and make smarter real estate moves.
Twenty years ago, we decided to put that tribal knowledge to work in a different way. We built our own proprietary software — REoptimizer® — specifically designed to help our clients eliminate CRE waste and secure the best sites at the lowest possible cost. What started as an internal tool became something far bigger than we anticipated.
